Over a 2+ year client relationship, Zoetis came to us to develop a strategic communications platform to translate their employee value proposition (EVP) externally, while improving brand recognition as a recruiter of choice, and facilitate global talent acquisition. This included a variety of EVP material, ranging from leadership summits, career fair materials, social, print, and video.

I worked as the Art Director across all initiatives, directing our small team from concept to production through multiple projects. This ranged from production, brand guideline buildout, print, and animation—working directly with client and our external agency partners to bring Zoetis EVP to life.

Epilogue

✲ 3 photoshoots throughout Michigan, New Jersey, and Ireland
✲ Over 55 employees filmed and captured
✲ 15 dogs participated in the shoot, racking up their future IMDB credits
